Are you loving these meal plans as much as I? There’s something so comforting about seeing enough easy peasy dishes presented in one place to last me the week. Raspberry Pound Cake Brownies are my addition to Weekly Meal Plan #16.
I don’t always combine two different types of desserts but I had received a lot of requests for cakes and brownies so I decided to try something new. As it turns out, this combination is super duper delicious!
Great news for you, too, because I was just in the grocery store earlier today and the raspberries looked glorious.

Aside from being just plain gorgeous, The Shirley Journey’s Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is also delicious and pretty darn nutritious. And how easy are salads?! They’re the best meal for Hump Day!
Nothing better than a simple dinner! These pretty Easy Chili Verde Enchiladas from Organized Island are ready for alllll your favorite toppings – just don’t forget the avocado!
