S’mores Cookies

September 14, 2019 By Betsy Cohen

Marc Murphy's S'mores Cookies are the real deal of cookies. Baked to perfection they are hard to resist. Great fundraiser for OXO!S’mores Cookies

This is a sponsored post. I was sent OXO products to use and a donation to Cookies for Kids Cancer was made on my behalf. As always, all opinions are my own.

I am beyond psyched to share with you these S’mores Cookies that are part of OXO ‘s Cookies for Kids’ Cancer campaign! The recipe is Marc Murphy’s so we know it’s amazing.

It was several years ago that I first learned about OXO’s campaign to raise funds for research to develop new, improved & less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer and each year I practically beg to be part of it. The commitment to donate up to $100,000 is big and I am proud to have a wee role in helping get to that goal.

I was given the choice of baking several recipes but when I saw the S’mores Cookies recipe, I knew I had to make them. It combined too many of my favorite flavors to pass up. Plus, Baby Boy loves S’mores!

To add to the excitement of this campaign, OXO sent me an 8-Piece POP Container Baking Set. It was my hope that I would have it all set up to use when I baked my S’mores Cookies but, unfortunately, I needed to bake them just before fleeing Hurricane Dorrian and the set arrived after I returned. Don’t worry, I have put each and every piece to good use!

Some of the S’mores Cookies were a bit darker than others. When I asked which one everyone preferred, the answer was a resounding “YES!” to both! Keep an eye on them so they turn out the way you love them most.

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
