Weekly Meal Plan #15

April 14, 2017 By Betsy Cohen

Weekly Meal Plan #15 if filled with easy to make, tasty recipes including Chocolate Hazelnut Rugelach and Sea Salt Caramel Mocha Brownies.

Weekly Meal Plan #15

Huge surprise that I recommend starting our week off with dessert! Sea Salt Caramel Mocha Brownies are beyond fantastic and if you make them at the beginning of the week, there is a slight possibility that you will still have some left by the end of the week. Oh, who are we kidding….they won’t last that long!

Sea Salt Caramel Mocha Brownies are a wonderful blend of flavors. Not too sweet, yet filled with sweet and salty chocolate/coffee/caramel goodness!

Apple Parmesan Pork Salad from Kimmi’s Dairyland is a great way to start your week off with a light, easy and refreshing salad. I love that Kimmi uses a raspberry merlot dressing.

The Shirley Journey is taking all of us on a fun ride with her Turkey Sloppy Joe Pizza. Adults and kids will love helping out with these.

As an Amazon Affiliate I earn a few pennies when you purchase products through Desserts Required. Only products I recommend are listed.

Many folks will have ham leftover from Easter and Raquel at Organized Island knows just what to do with it. Ham and Asparagus Spaghetti is a tasty way to transform leftover ham into a decadent, yet simple, dinner.

Erica is sharing Mr. Crumby’s Domincan Chimichurri Burgers on The Crumby Cupcake, taking us all on a trip to the Dominican Republic, virtually speaking. Learn why we are not looking at a green chimichurri sauce and why no two chimi dishes are the same in the DR.

Chicken thighs are so flavorful and Marybeth at My Fearless Kitchen brings us Grilled Cilantro-Lime Chicken that uses the thighs. The flavor combination works well and the ease of this recipe is just the ticket for a Friday evening meal.

Chocolate Hazelnut Rugelach are heavenly pastry bites that are perfect for breakfast or brunch. Ok, truth be told, they are fab ANY time of the day!

Enjoy the weekend…..you deserve the break!

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
