February 3, 2017 By Betsy Cohen

Weekly Meal Plan #5 is ready to go and Coconut Pudding is just what you need to get ready for Valentine's Day. Serve in heart shaped ramekins or bowls!

Weekly Meal Plan #5

Are you ready for Valentine’s Day?  I must admit that I have not really gotten that far yet.  However, I do know that Coconut Pudding served in heart shaped ramekins are sure to make your sweetheart happy which is why I brought them to Weekly Meal Plan #5!

There’s something dreamy about cold creamy pudding and the shredded coconut adds a lovely consistency twist.  If you don’t have heart shaped ramekins, serve this in your favorite crystal bowl or even martini glasses.  Have fun with it.

Now, let’s get to Weekly Meal Plan #5.

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
