Weekly Meal Plan #48

December 1, 2017 By Betsy Cohen

Weekly Meal Plan #48 is filled with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Be sure to leave room for Butter Pound Cake!

Weekly Meal Plan #48

Weekly Meal Plan #48 is going to make your December so much easier! You can start your day with an omelette that could also make an easy dinner. There are soups to warm you right up as well as a couple of main dishes to please the pickiest of eaters.

Butter Pound Cake is delicious when eaten by itself but also terrific topped with ice cream or served with berries. Perfect to give for the holidays, too.

Just be sure to leave room for Butter Pound Cake. Serve it with fruit, ice cream or nothing at all. You can bake it early in the week, then cook your way through Weekly Meal Plan #48 while enjoying a slice per day.

’tis the season for holiday flavors and comfort food! Click on the name of the dish to grab the recipe. As always, feel free to mix and match days and meals to fit your schedule.

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
