Weekly Meal Plan #4

January 27, 2017 By Betsy Cohen

Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Coconut Macaroons are the perfect addition to Weekly Meal Plan #4. Great for Valentine's Day, too!

Weekly Meal Plan #4

Valentine’s Day is coming up soon which means it’s time for some pink treats.  That’s why I brought my Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Coconut Macaroons to Weekly Meal Plan #4.

Traditional coconut macaroons have always been one of my favorite cookies.  The cookies could not possibly be easier to make.  Basically, all of the cookie ingredients get pulsed in the food processor, scooped and baked.

You don’t have to dip them in chocolate but, seriously, why wouldn’t you?

Time to take get started planning meals for the week!

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
