Weekly Meal Plan #38

September 22, 2017 By Betsy Cohen

Weekly Meal Plan #38 is filled with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Save room for the Gooey Brownie Peanut Cups!

Weekly Meal Plan #38

Welcome to fall and Weekly Meal Plan #38! Slow Cooker Chili and Pumkpin Pepper Soup are sure to warm you up as the evenings get cooler and I love the avocado addition to the BLAT sandwich.

Gooey Chocolate Peanut Cups are a delicious blend of sweet and salty with a very rich decadent chocolate frosting. Sure to be a family favorite.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a meal plan without a fabulous dessert. Gooey Brownie Peanut Cups are just too darn good to miss. I used a very dark cocoa powder which is why the frosting is so decadently dark however, you can lighten it up with a lighter color cocoa powder.

Be sure to click on the highlighted recipe name to grab each recipe. Time to get busy in the kitchen!

Start your mornings right with a big batch of these Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits from My Fearless Kitchen. They’re easier than you think and they freeze great. They’re delicious with simple butter and jelly, or as the start of a bacon & egg sandwich!

Kick off your week with a kick! Try this Buffalo Wing Casserole from The Crumby Kitchen. Perfect for Monday night football, or whatever you have planned!

Then cool it down a little with these B.L.A.T. Sandwiches from My Fearless Kitchen. We all know the beloved BLT… this is what happens when it swallows an avocado!

Take it easy tonight and make these simple Sun Dried Tomato Pizzas from Kimmi’s Dairyland.

I love some pumpkin in the fall, and this Pumpkin Pepper Soup from Organized Island is no exception! If you don’t like the spiciness, cut back on the red pepper flakes or leave them out all together.

It’s almost the weekend! Make a big batch of this Slow Cooker Chili from The Shirley Journey to keep your football fans fueled for all their games.

Chocolate, peanuts, and gooeyness – does it get much better than these Gooey Brownie Peanut Cups from Desserts Required?

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
