I am thrilled that Weekly Meal Plan #30 is filled with terrific summertime foods. From salmon to hot dogs to chicken two different ways, I know you are going to have a great week.
Now, what’s a meal without a fabulous dessert? I know, I’m at a loss for this, too! Berry Martini takes full advantage of the magnificent blackberries, raspberries and blueberries found in produce stands and grocery stores.
Mascarpone and whipped cream balance the fruit beautifully. It’s not too sweet, either.
If you do not have a gigantic martini glass, Berry Martinis may be made in martini glasses, parfait glasses or any clear bowl. Make one gigantic dessert or make individual Berry Martinis.
