Weekly Meal Plan #3
This week’s Weekly Meal Plan #3 is filled with not only easy recipes but, also, incredibly delicious ones.
I am not known for waking up and fixing big breakfasts. As a general rule, I do not eat breakfast (I know….I should!) and am not really awake enough to put many ingredients together. Fortunately, Monkey Bread gets put together the night before serving so all that I have to do is preheat the oven and bake. It, truly, doesn’t get any easier than this!
Dessert this week is Guava Cheesecake. Ever since I got my first taste of guava many years ago, I gravitate towards desserts that include this wonderful fruit. The cheesecake may be baked in a springform or traditional cake pan. Since the cheesecake needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight before unmolding and topping, you can really pick which day of the week you serve yours.
Now, let’s get to Weekly Meal Plan #3!
