Weekly Meal Plan #1 #keepiteasy
I am super duper excited about this post. It is the first of a weekly series, Weekly Meal Plan and this week is #1. Five of my fave bloggers and I are going to be posting easy meals to fix each Friday which will give you plenty of time to get your grocery shopping done and know exactly what you want to fix for the week.
I know I said ‘easy’ and when you look at Death by Chocolate, you may be inclined to hit the panic button but DON’T! Yes, there are many steps to making this dessert but each one is easy peasy….really! Another option is to make part of Death by Chocolate. Believe me, you will still have lots of oohs and ahhs if you serve chocolate mousse, mocha mousse, brownie, cocoa meringue, chocolate ganache and/or any combination of these decadent desserts.
I started making Death by Chocolate for New Year’s Eve but over the past few years, the date has fluxuated mostly based on when my oldest son is visiting since he loves Death by Chocolate even more than I. This year I made it for my tree UNtrimming party. Ok, truth be told, I made it as a bribe because I really wanted my big baby boy to help take down my holiday tree and knew this would definitely help. Guess what? It did!
