Food and Wine Conference 2015

There are so many reasons why I love being a part of the Sunday Supper Movement. The people are dymanic, friendly, ambitious, nurturing, charismatic and they love food. Pretty fabulous combination, don’t you think?

This summer, July 17-19, Sunday Supper is hosting its third annual Food and Wine Conference and I am thrilled to be a Brand Ambassador. The first year I went and did not know a soul there. That lasted for about 5 minutes. Everyone was so welcoming; I knew I was in the right place.

PIctures from the Food and Wine Conference 2014. Left – I am with Isabel Reis Laessig, founder of Sunday Supper Movement. Upper right – I hope Monica Bhide, Jamie Schler and Jenni Field have a tiara for me this year! Bottom right – I am so excited that Guiliano Hazan is coming back this year. He is fabulous!

That first year I learned more in those three days than I had learned in a year and a half of blogging. The second year topped the first with a fabulous array of speakers and sponsors.   This year promises to be even more successful.

The Food and Wine Conference brings together bloggers, small business owners, winemakers, chefs, public relations professionals, traditional media, new media, authors and brands. It promotes an atmosphere of sharing and learning.

Three Cohens were VERY happy with the Food and Wine Conference 2014. Left – Shoshana was a huge help with the technical side of the conference. Middle – I felt like Alice in Wonderland. Right – Samuel LOVED all of his Spuddy buddies!

Accommodations at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida could not be more convenient. The hotel is close to the airport and the parks so if you are inclined to extend your stay and turn it into an Orlando theme park/shopping trip, you are staying at the right place.

Best of all, there is still time to sign up. Oh, and did I mention that you can save $50 off your registration? Yup, one of the perks of being a Brand Ambassador is that I have a handy dandy $50 savings code just for you…and you….and you! Just enter ‘FWC15coheb’ before checking out.

Easy as can be so what are you waiting for??? I can’t WAIT to see you in July!

Great speakers, fabulous information and a gorgeous setting!! Top left – Emily Ellyn and Whitney Miller are outstanding!

I received a discounted ticket in exchange for promoting the Food and Wine Conference. All opinions are mine.

This sounds fun. I have yet to go to one. I missed a Big One in Seattle a few months ago. I think I would find it interesting. Plus every blogger who writes about this kind of event are really jazzed by them.

I don’t normally talk about ME, but please make note of the slight name change from Wild Goose Tea.
New web design too—whoopee and I am adding some new features along the way.

      Carol,

Congrats on your new look!!! That is very exciting!

I, truly, LOVE the Food and Wine Conference. This is the most amazing group of people and the conference is a wonderful way to meet new friends and learn a great deal of how to keep your blog moving forward! Hope you can make it. Let me know if you have any questions.

About Betsy

Happylicious By Betsy December 2015 lo res I have loved desserts for as long as I can remember. Growing up I loved the smell of freshly baked challah in my maternal great-grandmother’s kitchen, the incredible butter cookies from my paternal grandmother and the perfect pies my mother used to bake when company came over. More about me.
