I like to keep a pitcher of Mocha Martinis in my freezer. It gets icy but only takes a short time to become slushy and then creamy. The hard part is waiting for it it reach this point.
  • 3 cups iced coffee ice cubes
  • ⅔ cup vanilla infused vodka (plain vodka may be substituted)
  • ⅔ cup chocolate liqueur
  • ⅔ cup white chocolate liqueur
  • chocolate syrup to garnish (optional)
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a martni glass. Pour the martini. Enjoy!
