Weekly Meal Plan #18
Brownie Raspberry Chambord Whipped Cream Trifle! We could almost go home now that you know how your dinners will end in Weekly Meal Plan #18. Yet, that would not be really fair!
This trifle came about because I made a batch of brownies and wanted to do something really special with it. Raspberries always seem decadent to me, even when I eat them straight out of the package. Chambord whipped cream simply elevates this dessert to a whole other level of elegance.
There are three layers of brownies, raspberries and chambord whipped cream and assembling this in a trifle bowl is fun and pretty. So, even if you have to take the really easy way out of this one by using store bought brownies, go for it! Your family and friends will thank you.
Now, it’s time to check out all of the recipes from Weekly Meal Plan #18.
